In this day and age I do most my shopping online. Flowers included. I ordered a cute little mixed bouquet for my dear grandmother and they never showed on her birthday. I called te florist in the evening after speaking to my grandmother and hearing she never received anything. They did offer to drive the flowers to her that very evening, but my grandmother was already out to a birthday dinner and I didn't want to burden her with driving home with flowers. She received her flowers the day after her birthday and she said they were beautiful. I guess since I do most my shopping online and when a website option is offered I just expect everything to work out as planned. Next time I'll call this florist.

The arrangement was unusual and stunning. The blooms in the arrangement began dying the 2nd day. I think the foam base may have been too large for the vase and therefore did not retain the water as well as needed. I have removed the wilteds and am still enjoying.

You all have always done a great job for me. On this order, you really went the extra mile trying to find a wee boy's elephant for the plant. I really appreciate everything you do. I only ever have one negative when I order flowers on line from any website and that is that I never know if they were delivered. I think it probably speaks to this day and age where young people just really do not know they should call you when they have received fresh flowers.........(not so much in this case as it was a funeral and I'm sure they are in the midst of sending thank yous) but really in general. I wish the various websites would automatically tell you the flowers were delivered.
